The idea of this Installation was to create a space where the viewer is surrounded by abstract video projections. These on-site manip-ulated projections are vitrines that create a visual context in which the  viewer meets the Jewellery being exhibited. The projected im-ages come from footage of the two most recent volcanic eruptions in Iceland, Eyjafjalljökull and Grandvüll. These create a moving textural contextual backdrop of an event beyond control. The Footage was donated  by NUV – Iceland Public Television broadcast.
